  Stainless Steel 321 is titanium-plated austenitic stainless steel with greater overall corrosion resistance. It also has a surprising intergranular resistance to corrosion mostly at the temperatures of 800–1500 degrees F even in chromium precipitation. Stainless Steel 316 Flanges  probably retain oxidation just at 1500 degrees F and otherwise have a better creep and otherwise stress rupture rating than SS 304 and 304L. It however also maintains strong low temperature longevity. The higher  Carbon Steel Forged Fittings  of the whole SS 321 is indeed Stainless Steel 321H.
